Intermediate Nether Wart

Summary

Makes the two half-way stages of nether wart visually distinct. This allows you to better understand how far your nether warts are from being ready to harvest, instead of having to guess or use F3 to see an accurate representation of its middle stages.

Compatibility Notice

This should work with other resource packs that change the textures of nether wart, but don't expect this to work with resource packs that change the models of nether wart.
