Glowing Enchanted Tools

Glowing Enchanted Tools

You won't believe this, but basically, this adds a glow to enchanted tools! I know, crazy I almost don't believe it myself. Anyway this isn't perfect since you can't set shading to false on handheld items for whatever reason.

So I cooked up a pretty basic resource pack here that adds glow to your tools. I know exciting stuff. Unfortunately, there is shading on the glow because you can only turn self-shading off on blocks and not handheld items :( If they change that in the future I'll probably fix that. Also, I plan to add a few more things but not much. It's a small pack made mostly for my enjoyment however, I enjoy it so much I put it here. Alright if you read this description to here, you don't have to contain your excitement for glowing items any longer and you can let yourself download it RIGHT NOW.

QUICK NOTE

I am currently working on the copper tools which are done, but the mace broke, and Minecraft changed the way they do recourcepack versions. I do apologise for no updates for the last while. I am a professional college student and have no free time. So I'm a bit out of the loop when it comes to resoucepacks so give me a second. Also, mojang hates me and addes all sorts of new tools with enchantments right as I have hella school, smh.

CREDITS

Mace model is from vanilla tweaks :)

Huge thanks to vanilla tweaks for allowing crators like me to use some of their assets / models

Side note, some items such as the shield and trident aren't added right now since those use entities to render in the players hand. So it will need a mod for it to work so I'll have to figure out how to do that so give me a min
