• Add Noisium - a mod with a few worldgen optimizations. I personally don't get that much of a performance boost from it, but multiple other people reported visible gains, so why not?...

• Since ThreadTweak is missing, I've enabled mixin.perf.thread_priorities in ModernFix for this version.

• Disabled an option in Lithium to make hoppers not crash the game (was an issue in the previous snapshot ver)
