Scattered Shards

What's Changed

• Add data for shard icons and menu colors + improve permissions by @afamiliarquiet in https://github.com/ModFest/scattered-shards/pull/27
• Added scattered_shards visitor, challenge, and secret shards as default shard types, based on trudle's original bc23 textures.
  • Use data pack filters or directly override the types.json file if you don't want these.
