Powered beacons placed by enlightened / omnipotent players now enlighten non-player entities within a certain range depending on the strength of the beacon

Improved enlightenment ability threshold message logic (fixes bug where if you enlighten multiple entities at once sometimes the ability unlock messages won't show)

Omnipotent players now get teleported to their respawn point upon falling out of the world regardless of the number of entities enlightened (unless they are allowed to fly).
