• Added Tatar language (tt_ru) via user contribution (#2).
• Minor translation update for id_id and ja_jp.

• Added two languages: id_id and ja_jp.
• Removed bundled fabric resource loader as it was causing mixin conflicts in incompatible versions. User may supply their own Fabric API instead.
• Falls back to English language when fabric resource loader is unavailable.

Tested on: 1.17.1, 1.18.2, 1.19.3, 1.20-pre2, and 1.20-pre5
