Fix durability and usage bars not moving

• Fix durability and usage bars not moving

• Initial 1.19.4 port

• Removed some debug logging
• Fixed item count and slot effects not getting moved

• Initial port back to 1.19.2
• Works all the way back to 1.18!

• Opening any GUI screen now forces the hotbar to be unhidden
