GregTech Food Option (GTFO)

This update just brings a few minor tweaks and fixes that seem to be wanted.

• Perchloric acid's recipe was changed to a more realistic one, now involving sodium chlorate and sodium perchlorate instead of just using the direct electrolysis.

• Some of the harder configuration options, including AppleCore food stats reductions and vanilla recipe overrides, are now disabled by default.

• Using this mod as a dependency will no longer cause an error at :extractDependencyATs.

• Using this mod without EnderIO will no longer cause an error in the log.

And finally, for those waiting on TerraFirmaCraft compatibility, I have finally put it in Gregification, an upcoming official compatibility mod between GTCEu and its addons with other mods. It adds TFC nutrients to most GTFO food items, which means you can finally enjoy the full nutritional benefits of chum.
