Advanced Pattern Provider and Quantum Computer updated to include all bug fixes from latest release. Quantum Computer now has a menu.

Contains most of the features of the latest release, including:

• ME Throughput Monitor
• A new pattern provider version that is cheaper but has less slots

What's missing:

• Quantum Armor and its upgrades.

• Fixed a crash that could happen when opening the quantum crafter job config screen
• Potential fix to server/client desync when adding certaing upgrades to the quantum armor
• Fixed filtered item slots in quantum armor configuration allowing for multiple of the same item
