Wither Shrines

• Removed variants of the shrines
• Made a brand new shrine to replace every other

Adjusted "huge" shrine variant slightly

Added "huge" shrine variant, touched up a few things, and changed the loot chests.

Changed big shrine structure to only retain it's platform, the original is now ultra super rare :)
