Decorative Gateways

Updated pack format.

Updated to be compatible with the new 1.21.4 Custom Item Model system.

• The Decorative Gateway tool is now crafted with Carrot on a Stick and Chrorus Fruit. You no longer create it by renaming Carrot on a Stick. (In the previous update, I accidently had the recipe included early without making adjustments).
• Added an Enchantment Glint to the tool, to help tell it apart from a regular Carrot on a Stick.
• Placing End Gateways no longer requires the End Getaway advancement.

• Updated pack format.
• Improved performance of placing/removing commands.
