Sorry for the late upload, Fixed a lot of bugs

NEW FEATURES & BUG FIXES FOR 1.4

• Changed Name Tag recipe to no longer need a lead and instead to need 3 paper (not 2)
• Updated to support Minecraft Version 1.21.4
• Fixed all known bugs with 1.21.2+ not working
