Dead Coral Drops

You might have noticed that the dead coral blocks can drop without needing a silk touch pickaxe, but this property doesn't extend to the small corals and coral fans...

This datapack fixes that! All corals and coral fans will drop their dead variants when mined without silk touch. Also, you don't need silk touch for the dead variants to drop themselves either :D
