Capitalisation Fixes

This release fixes five bugs with the new Chat Reporting feature from 22w24a:

• "Non-consentual intimate imagery" chat report reason (misspelling)
• Terrorism or violent extremism chat report reason description (unnecessary preposition)
• Imminent harm chat report reason description (misleading/redundant clause)
• Report Chat message selection button (plural can be incorrect)
• Placeholder for unrelated messages in the Chat Reporting interface (unnecessary capitalisation)
