Paper currency - Banknote

Important: this is an important update to prevent false bans

this update comes with an option punishmentsame which checks if the banknote creator and the redeemer is same then ban this will prevent ban of players when duped items are shared dont worry still no one will get money and you will get message of redeeders. have fun.
