/nova debug recalculateLeaveProperties <chunk range>- This command recalculates leave distance and guesses the intended persistence state, intended for scenarios where this data was lost due to deletion of nova region files. Note that this may make hand-placed leaves non-persistent again, which can lead to them decaying.
