Faithless and GUI SimpleStylized: Some more customizations to make the resource-packs well integerated with each other.

Exordium: Fixed the jittery BetterF3 animation, because of Exordium.
Removed the FPS-cap on chats also, to make the ChatAnimation animation not feel jittery.
