Villager See, Villager Do

• This is a beta version, there's a higher-than-usual chance that you will encounter issues. Please report any issues on the issue tracker.
• Fixed controlling fletchers' tipped arrow trades
• Rewrote the code that selects which offers are gained at each level. The code is now less awful. The only difference you should notice in-game is that trades you've controlled will always be the first gained at when a villager levels up.
