Permasnow

Permasnow is a mod that adds Eternal Ice and Eternal Snow to your Minecraft world. They are basically the unmeltable version of Ice and Snow, respectively.

To obtain an Eternal Ice block, you need to right click a regular Ice block with a Powder Snow Bucket.

The same thing goes with Eternal Snow block.
