- Added periodically removing skin from cache for Player Head Chat Display.
- Added Auto Tab Creator removing group indexes not found.
- Made movable chat resize indicator shown if movable chat enabled, now changes color if actually resizing.
- Made resizing window not snap to cursor.

- Fixed Player Head Chat Display always not rendering hat, now renders based on if player has it on.

- Fixed moving chat above top of window sometimes shrinking chat but now min chat line count 1 > 2.
