Better Craftables

Changelog:

• Bumped max supported pack format to 77
• Updated credits.txt
• Added additional item requirement triggers for recipe unlocks
  • Recipes now unlock when you have all of the required items for that recipe, instead of just one.
• End Stone can now be used in alternative stone recipes

• End Stone Brick Slabs can now be used in alternative stone slab recipes

• Added crafting recipes for all Coral Blocks, using a 2x2 arrangement of each block's respective Fans and/or Tubes

• Added an alternative bow crafting recipe
  • A common recipe mistake will finally work!

• Made the Name Tag recipe cheaper (#9)
  • Now requires 2 Iron Nuggets instead of Iron Ingots
